Founded in 1991, Sistel began as a visionary enterprise dedicated to supporting the construction of industrial automation machinery by manufacturing complex wiring systems.

Over the years, we've developed a comprehensive product line and implemented a unified material inventory system. We’ve also refined our manufacturing methods, engineered superior product designs, and optimised our use of raw materials.

Our cutting-edge equipment, combined with ongoing training, enables us to excel in sophisticated, high-tech projects. For over thirty years, our commitment to excellence has been instrumental in delivering safe and efficient machinery that meets the highest international quality standards.

Our Headquarters

  • 1991

    Sistel S.r.l.

    The journey began.

  • 1998 – 1999

    ISO 9001 Certification
    We were awarded the ISO 9001 certification and relocated to our current 5,000 m² facility.

  • 2004 – 2009

    ESA Certification
    We were awarded the ESA certification for our staff in aerospace processes. We built our 350 m² Class 100K Clean Room, certified to ISO 8 standards.

  • 2011 - 2015

    Moulded Cable Design and Production

    We designed and mass-produced an innovative range of moulded cables.

    We established a specialised department dedicated to the moulding of both custom and standard connectors.

  • 2017 – 2020

    Certification Expansion

    We expanded our certifications to include the EN 9100 standard and introduced targeted corporate policies to incorporate environmental and safety considerations into our business practices.

  • 2021 – 2023

    Advancing with New Equipment

    We upgraded our cutting-edge equipment with advanced quality control and production management tools.

    A 5,000 m² complex with a 350 m² Clean Room

    Our headquarters spans over 5,000 m², of which 350 m² is dedicated to a Class 100K (ISO 8) Clean Room.
